  2. This form is ONLY for making your initial $300 (+ sales tax) payment to start the preservation process or for purchasing Gift Certificates. The $300 deposit payment will be applied to your overall order.

How to get your bouquet/flowers to us:

  1. Pay the $300 + tax deposit for a 2025 or 2026 preservation order.

  2. Schedule a drop off at our location in Bellbrook, Ohio.
