This form is ONLY for purchasing Gift Certificates or making your initial $300 (+ sales tax) payment to start the preservation process. This payment will be applied to your order.
How to get your bouquet/flowers to us:
Pay the $300 + tax deposit for a 2025 or 2026 preservation order.
Schedule a drop off at our location in Bellbrook, Ohio.
