Due to the delicate nature of our keepsakes we DO NOT SHIP any freeze dried flowers, glass displays, or ornaments.
This form is ONLY to purchase Gift Certificates or to make your initial $300 (+sales tax) payment to start the preservation process. This payment will be applied towards your order.
How to get your bouquet/flowers to us:
Pay the $300 + tax deposit for a 2025 or 2026 preservation order.
Schedule a drop off at our location in Bellbrook, Ohio.
